My name is Frédéric Giraud, President of Jïz Marketing Group, an independent, sustainable, and responsible activation group and the leading independent marketing group.

How many people work at your company and how are you organized?

We have 48 people across Jazz Marketing Group and four subsidiaries: l’uzyne, Fill and People, Radar Sport, and Montagne TV. We are organized into teams and divisions.

How long have you been using Furious?

We switched to Furious in January 2021, after using a different tool called Incwo.

Did you have any particular issues with your previous software?

Yes, we had issues with accessibility and clarity regarding our gross margin with our old software, which has been resolved with Furious.

How did the adoption of Furious go with your teams?

The adoption went smoothly as we already had a strong IT culture. We appointed migration leaders to facilitate the process.

Why is it challenging to track profitability and gross margin today?

In activation marketing and event management, managing purchases is complex with many variable elements. Furious helps us track our gross margin effectively, which is crucial for high-budget projects.

Do you track specific KPIs?

The main KPI we track is the gross margin per project. As the group president, I would like better macro visibility, especially on revenue, gross margin, and overall group profitability.
