Dagobert, a global communications agency dedicated to building lasting relationships between brands and their audiences, called on Furious to boost its digital transformation and optimize its administrative and financial activities.

For 22 years now, the agency has been assisting various brands (start-ups, SMEs and CAC 40 companies) with their communications strategy, to create the best points of contact with their audiences through the creation of demanding, high-performance experiences, interfaces, content and activations. And it was with a view to growth that Dagobert naturally decided to initiate an internal transformation involving a repositioning and renewal of its processes.

Here’s the story.

A need for renewal to manage the agency more effectively
Prior to the integration of the Furious tool, administrative and financial processes were still largely unautomated. Certain time-consuming tasks had to be carried out manually (vacation requests, expense claims, project tracking and progress), wasting precious team time. A need became apparent.

How could processes be automated to save time in pre-sales, while enabling employees to fully exploit their productivity and optimize their working time?

For Dagobert, this meant choosing a technological tool that would :

After carrying out a market study of the various tools available on the market, the Dagobert teams naturally turned to Furious ERP in March 2021, which met all their expectations.

The accounting and HR departments were the first to adopt the tool, followed by the operational teams.

In concrete terms, Furious proposed a solution to enable all operations to be carried out in the same place, and in an automated way!

From now on, knowing the progress of a project, planning, organizing, making an expense claim, a vacation request or checking figures is no longer a time-consuming task requiring the opening of several Excel and/or Google files.
